Atlas Concrete Dispatch is moving into a new era. We are starting the transition to digital. Triggered by the end of 3G and the demise of our current truck tracking system, our new Delivery Management System will provide more information at your fingertips. The system will provide a real-time, positive and more immersive experience for you, the loyal Atlas customer. Your Atlas Concrete Account Manager will provide you with the necessary information and how-to guide to make the transition to the digital era as seamless as possible.
The first stage of the transition is:
Electronic Concrete Dockets
No more paper dockets onsite, these will be digital to an email of your choice.
Advanced driver experience
Real-time truck management, mapping and data to provide the safest, most efficient route for our truck to navigate to your site.
Once the new system is fully implemented and all the kinks ironed out, we will be ready for the exciting next stage.
The Customer Portal!
Your customer portal can be configured to your requirements, allowing full control over who has access to request orders and receiving tickets. More exciting details to come on this feature.
Booking Requests
You will have the option to request concrete bookings for your ideal pour dates through the portal, which will then come through to our bookings team for a quick response to your request. This will save you time and effort when making multiple bookings, allowing you to focus on further planning. Our bookings team will then be in touch as per normal to confirm your bookings. If you would prefer to continue to make your bookings on the phone that’s no problem, the same team you deal with now will still be there to take your call.
Truck Tracking
You will be able to see in real time when your truck has been loaded and dispatched to your job. GPS tracking will allow you to see where each ticket is on the road. This allows you to focus on delivering a professional job for your customers with Atlas’s quality product. No more picking up the phone mid-pour to call dispatch to see where a truck is or how much has been shipped.
