In an exciting development for sustainable construction, Auckland Council released the ACS740 Recycled Aggregates document earlier this year, officially approving the use of recycled concrete in:

  • Pipe bedding applications (CCAP20)
  • Pipe backfill applications (CCAP65)

Atlas Concrete is pleased to confirm that our recycled products fully comply with these standards, providing a compliant and sustainable solution for your projects. With the increasing focus on eco-friendly practices, the use of recycled concrete helps reduce waste and contributes to building a circular economy.

In addition to this council approval, our recycled aggregates continue to meet the Auckland Transport (AT) Series 0800 specifications for use in base course and sub-base applications. We offer CCAP65, CCAP40, and CCAP20 to ensure your projects meet the requirements.

If you have any questions or need more details about how our recycled products can benefit your projects, please contact your Atlas Concrete Account Manager. Our team is ready to provide expert advice and assist you in selecting the right materials for your needs.

Thank you for choosing Atlas Concrete—we look forward to supporting your efforts in delivering sustainable, high-quality results.
