To Atlas Group Customers

We have all welcomed the move from level 3 to level 2 which allows us to continue operating as we have been and open our dry-goods shops from 6.30am Thursday 14th May.

To do this safely we will be operating under the following protocols:

  • Maintaining physical distancing of at least 2 metres always. Please ensure you and your staff respect and adhere to this when dealing with our staff during pickup and deliveries
  • Contact tracing sign in/sign out register for all staff and visitors to our sites
  • Hygiene standards in customer service areas

We are encouraging all customers to make use of Atlas click and collect or delivery services to reduce contact when receiving your products. The safety protocols required will slow the process in our stores so the click and collect system is the simplest way to ensure an efficient transition through our depots.

The click and collect system is available at collect.atlasconcrete.co.nz/signup. Simply click on the link, register your details (including account code) and you are ready to start ordering.

If you have any questions about click and collect or Atlas operations under level 2, please contact one of our sales representatives.
We thank you for your loyalty and support and we look forward to continuing our business relationship.

Yours Sincerely,

Shane Coutts
Group General Manager
