What is concrete recycling?

Concrete recycling is the smart, cost-efficient, and environmentally friendly way to reuse aggregate left behind when concrete structures are demolished. Demolished concrete can be delivered to us by the truckload, where we:

• Crush the concrete

• Remove the steel

• Process the material through our plant

Council and Transport Approval

In an exciting step toward sustainable construction, Auckland Council has released the ACS740 Recycled Aggregates document, officially approving the use of recycled concrete for:

Pipe bedding applications (CCAP20)

Pipe backfill applications (CCAP65)

Atlas Concrete is proud to confirm that our recycled products fully comply with these standards, offering a compliant and eco-friendly solution for your projects.

In addition to this Auckland Transport has approved Atlas Recycling as a certified supplier of recycled crushed concrete to the Auckland Transport network. As our recycled aggregates consistently meet the quality and performance requirements of Auckland Transport (AT) Series 0800 specifications for use in base course and sub-base applications. We supply the following products to meet your project requirements:
